	+	This KB article shows you how to route list messages that are ending up in your AOL email account's spam folder into your inbox. It is done through the use of a filter. To create a filter that will route list messages into your AOL inbox, please do the following:

	+	# Log into your AOL Email Account.
	+	# In the top right corner, click on Options (under your AOL username) and select Mail Settings.
	+	# On the Left side menu of the General Settings page, select Filter Settings.
	+	# Click the Create Filter (blue) button.
	+	# Please do the following: a. Create a filter called: create a name for your new filter b. Choose the From header and add your full list name into the text box: listname@listdomain.com c. Choose the Move to folder drop down arrow and select New Folder. d. Add 'Inbox' into the textbox that appears and click the + sign. If a message says that Inbox already exists, ignore it. e.
